Lenovo | Dropbox Cloud Storage FAQ

How will I be able to tell if my subscription is active?

Sign into your account and check the expiration date of your subscription. Or go to the My Subscriptions tab in the Lenovo Subscription Marketplace.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription for Lenovo | Dropbox Cloud Storage?

Go to your account page and under “Manage Subscriptions” select cancel subscription. You will be able to access your subscription through your paid term. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no penalty.

Why can’t I purchase Lenovo | Dropbox Cloud Storage?

Lenovo Cloud Storage fueled by Dropbox is for anyone that is not already a paid Dropbox user.

Which methods of payment will work with monthly billing?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCP, UnionPay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Go to the Lenovo Subscription Marketplace and click on either the upgrade or downgrade button on the plan you would like. For all upgrades, your plan will change immediately. For all downgrades, your plan will be changed during the next billing cycle.

When will I be billed next?

The next billing date is one month from the purchase date. This is a fixed billing date every month. In case the date (29th, 30th, or 31st) does not occur in the billing month, the renewal date will be the last day of the billing month.

Can I edit the billing date for my monthly subscription?

We are not able to change the date of your monthly subscription at this time.

What happens if the subscription is not renewed on the billing date?

Generally, when you enroll in a monthly subscription, you will be automatically renewed each month so you will not have to worry about manually renewing. But if you either cancel your subscription or your payment on file does not successfully get charged, you will not be automatically renewed. If there's a bill failure, you will receive billing notification emails reminding you to renew manually or update your credit card.

How many plans can I have at one time?

You can only have one plan at a time but depending on the tier, you may have multiple people to a plan.
