Viewing Your Subscription Information

To access your subscription information (the available purchased storage), you can either open the Dropbox app or visit Dropbox.com, as explained below.

Viewing Your Subscription Information in the Dropbox App

1. Open the Dropbox app and select the Profile icon as shown below.

2. From the context menu, select Preferences.

3. In the popup window, select Accounts from the left menu.

Your storage capacity will be displayed, similar to the 2TB shown above.

2. Select Manage Account. This will take you to a page where you can view your current storage capacity, as shown below.
